Cutting

Alrod Ltd possesses the expertise and equipment to precisely cut aluminium extrusion in various shapes and sizes. Our range of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic saws enable us to handle diverse cutting requirements.

Additionally, we offer mitre cutting services with both our conventional and specialist "V" saws, ensuring precise angles and quality finishes.

Press Work

We provide comprehensive cropping, notching, and punching services using our selection of fly presses and power presses. These machines have capacities ranging from 6 to 75 tons.

CNC Machining

We operate multiple CNC machining centres, including:

  • 3 Fanuc Robodrills

  • 2 Haas DT1 machines

  • 1 Haas VF3SS machine

  • 1 Haas VF3SS with 5-axis trunnion machine

  • 1 Haas VF4SS machine

  • 1 Haas VF4 machine

Additionally, we have a variety of CNC-controlled knee mills at our disposal.
